Thanks for joining me on this wonderful journey of enlightenment and ascension.
I've been studying metaphysics for over 30 years! That's almost my whole adult life. I started with the basics: meditation, crystals, card readings, etc. I found it all to be fascinating, so I stuck with it and, over time, found that I had gained so much knowledge and a plethora of healing modality certificates. I was a sponge. I'm still a student.
Now I teach what I spent so much time learning! I'm thrilled that my students have done so well, becoming practitioners, mediums, and healing themselves along the way. It is so rewarding to watch them flourish.
I knew things, I mean, really knew them, from the time I was little.
For instance, I knew I had lived different lives before and had been different people. I thought everyone knew these things about themselves. I knew that I could move energy if I just tried hard enough. I was also very aware of other energies that I couldn't see with my eyes. When I was young, I knew these things with certainty.

Shortly after I read a new book, 1989, by Gary Zukav, The Seat of The Soul, my dreams started to change. They were real, they were clear, and they were coming true! Then I had to learn more. There was no internet back then but there were bookstores. So many more books were bought. Then one day my gifts exploded, and I went running to the local college to see if they had some kind of class that would help me. That's when I signed up for my first metaphysical class. In the coming years, I continually learned and mastered my craft with amazing teachers.
I believe that we are all born empaths and healers. I believe that we are all beacons of light just waiting for our chance to shine. That's why I do what I do now. It's why I teach; it's why I'm on this journey with you.
I'm a Spiritual Life Coach
I specialize in two different things.
*As a Metaphysical Coach, I help people find what aspects of metaphysics really light them up. I run regular Metaphysical Mentoring groups to assist people in feeling comfortable owning their magic and showing the world what they can do.
*As I work with people who are emerging from and/or dealing with living with a narcissist, I help them to find all that is still lingering from this trauma and heal their wounds. I show them how to form solid boundaries and stand steady within themselves while creating what their new life will look like.
I'm a Healer
I began with Reiki. I took my first Reiki course in 1994. I became a Usui Reiki Master in 1997. Back then, before the planet vibrated as highly as it does now, we were encouraged to spend years with each level. Today, I practice Holy Fire III Reiki.
I've got plenty of certificates and many more modalities that I've learned, taught myself, and received from spirit, which I use each time that I lay hands or send distantly each time I work with someone.
This has been a beautiful journey that not only has helped others, but has healed me along the way too.
I'm a Teacher
I began teaching in 2013 with meditation. Meditation was something I learned in high school. A marvelous tool that I used often throughout my life. When I opened my first brick-and-mortar, I knew instantly that I wanted to create space for a meditation group. Something that I've taken online nowadays.
I then went into teaching classes on crystals, the chakra system, Reiki, Illumination, and so many more things that have brought me so much joy!
I'm a Conector
Everything I do has an underlying aspect of community. It began with my meditation group in 2013. Some of those participants are still close!
That experience over a decade ago has inspired me to make sure that every time I create something, I'm also creating space for people to get to know each other and look forward to seeing each other, whether in person or in a Zoom meeting. Not to mention these magnificent retreats that I've done.
Though I will no longer be seeing clients in person, this shift allows us to meet wherever you are, bringing the magic and support of our work together into the comfort of your own home. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to continue walking alongside you on your journey.

Metaphysical Mentorship
& Metaphysical Playground
These are programs that have evolved over the many years that I've been teaching metaphysics.
The serious, in-depth work is what I call Metaphysical Mentorship. This is a long-term mentorship program. Something that I've recently updated and that has become a four-month program. This is a program that can be somewhat intense and will go deeply into metaphysics. It will run twice a year.
The latter, Metaphysical Playground, is a membership that meets every other week and is sprinkled with stories and anecdotes, along with lots of things to practice and ponder, all while learning and keeping it fun!
Join Meditation Circle
Every Tuesday at 6 PM EST, we come together, each of us in our own sacred space, to meditate as one. We'll raise our collective energy, hold space for each other, and send healing intentions rippling out into the world.

This is a private circle, deeply connected. This is a place for real sharing, real support, and real community to grow.
